The first website announcing the Springs Specific Plan to the community (https://thesprings.specificplan.org) was set up by PRMD and the Community Advisory Team. It was taken offline not long after the Donald Street neighborhood became organized. The “preliminary draft Springs Specific Plan” was presented to the Sonoma Valley Citizen’s Advisory Committee on August 22, 2018. Yolanda Solano, Permit Sonoma, Sonoma County Planning Division/Comprehensive Planning, Planner III, introduced the project team: Beth Thompson and Elise Carroll of DeNovo Planning Group, and Katie Olding, County Planner I. The materials shared with the SVCAC
